About HTMA Lite
HTMA Lite is our most popular hair analysis package, combining the complete lab test with personalized expert interpretation. Unlike the basic HTMA Only package, you’ll receive a 30-minute Zoom consultation where I personally walk you through your results and answer your questions.

How It Works
Step 1: Order Your Test Kit
After your purchase, we’ll ship a hair collection kit directly to your home. The kit includes instructions, a cardboard scale to measure the correct amount, and a prepaid return envelope.
Step 2: Collect Your Hair Sample
Cut a small sample of hair from your scalp (about 1 tablespoon). Don’t worry—I’ll show you how to do it without creating any noticeable bald spots. Mail the sample using the prepaid return envelope.
Step 3: Lab Analysis
Your sample is analyzed at Analytical Research Laboratories (ARL), a CLIA-certified lab in Phoenix, Arizona. They use ICP Mass Spectrometry to measure 20 minerals and toxic metals with exceptional accuracy. Results are ready within 5 business days.
Step 4: Review Your Results
You’ll receive your complete lab report plus my practitioner analysis, with a link to schedule your 30-minute Zoom consultation where I’ll walk you through everything and answer your questions.
Step 5: Next Steps (Optional)
After our consultation, you have the option to upgrade to a personalized mineral balancing protocol if you want specific supplement and diet recommendations based on your results.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long until I receive my results?
You can expect your test results within 10 business days after mailing your hair sample. The lab processes results within 5 business days of receiving your sample.
Can I upgrade to the full protocol later?
Yes! After your consultation, you can add the Mineral Balancing Protocol ($200) within one month of your test date. This includes personalized supplement recommendations, dietary guidelines, and 6 months of email support.
What if I’ve dyed or treated my hair?
Hair dye, bleach, and perms can affect results for some minerals. If you’ve recently treated your hair, you can use pubic hair as an alternative sample. Instructions for alternative sampling are included in your test kit.
How is this different from HTMA Only?
HTMA Only includes just the lab test and report—you’ll interpret the results yourself using our video training. HTMA Lite adds my practitioner analysis report and a 30-minute consultation where I personally explain your results and answer questions.
What lab do you use?
All samples are analyzed by Analytical Research Laboratories (ARL) in Phoenix, Arizona. They’re CLIA-certified and use proper testing protocol—they don’t wash hair samples, which preserves accuracy.
What is your refund policy?
Within 30 days of purchase, you may request a refund if the hair sample was not submitted to the lab. A $20 admin fee will be deducted from all refunds. No refunds will be issued once your hair sample has been sent to the lab or 30 days after the purchase date.
