After your purchase, we’ll ship a hair collection kit directly to your home. The kit includes instructions, a cardboard scale to measure the correct amount, and a prepaid return envelope.
Step 2: Collect Your Hair Sample
Cut a small sample of hair from your scalp (about 1 tablespoon). Don’t worry—I’ll show you how to do it without creating any noticeable bald spots. Mail the sample using the prepaid return envelope.
Step 3: Complete Your Intake Forms
Fill out the online intake form and sign the Private Membership Agreement. This agreement protects our right to freedom of choice regarding health care decisions and alternative therapies. These forms will be emailed to you after you place your order.
Step 4: Lab Analysis
Your sample is analyzed at Analytical Research Laboratories (ARL), a CLIA-certified lab in Phoenix, Arizona. They use ICP Mass Spectrometry to measure 20 minerals and toxic metals with exceptional accuracy. Results are ready within 5 business days.
Step 5: Receive Your Results & Program
You’ll receive your complete lab report, my practitioner analysis, and your personalized mineral balancing protocol—all within about two weeks of mailing your sample. A link to schedule your 60-minute consultation will be included.

What is the Private Membership Agreement?

What is your refund policy?
Within 30 days of purchase, you may request a refund if the hair sample was not submitted to the lab. A $20 admin fee will be deducted from all refunds. No refunds will be issued once your hair sample has been sent to the lab or 30 days after the purchase date.
