After your purchase, we’ll ship a hair collection kit directly to your home within 24 hours. The kit includes instructions, a cardboard scale to measure the correct amount, and a prepaid return envelope.
Step 2: Collect Your Hair Sample
Cut a small sample of hair from the back of your head (about half a tablespoon). Don’t worry—I’ll show you exactly how to do it without any visible difference. Mail the sample using the prepaid return envelope.
Step 3: Lab Analysis
Your sample is analyzed at Analytical Research Laboratories (ARL), a CLIA-certified lab in Phoenix, Arizona. They use ICP Mass Spectrometry to measure 14 minerals and 6 toxic metals with exceptional accuracy. Results are ready within 5 business days.
Step 4: Receive Your Results & Protocol
You’ll receive your complete lab report, my practitioner analysis explaining your key imbalances, and your personalized protocol—all within about two weeks of mailing your sample. A link to schedule your 45-minute consultation will be included.
Step 5: Consultation & Ongoing Support

What if I’ve dyed or treated my hair?
We need about one inch of undyed hair closest to the scalp. If you dye your hair, take the sample before your next appointment or allow about an inch of new growth before sampling. Instructions for alternative sampling are included in your kit.

What lab do you use?
All samples are analyzed by Analytical Research Laboratories (ARL) in Phoenix, Arizona. They’re CLIA-certified—held to the same federal standards as hospital labs—and one of only two labs that doesn’t wash hair samples before testing, preserving true mineral levels.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes—we ship to all Canadian provinces. Your kit typically arrives within 5-15 business days. All prices are listed in USD.
What is your refund policy?
Within 30 days of purchase, you may request a refund if the hair sample was not submitted to the lab. A $20 admin fee will be deducted from all refunds. No refunds will be issued once your hair sample has been sent to the lab or 30 days after the purchase date.
